  • Pickup point. Packages up to 170 cm can be delivered to a parcel point.

    - UPS Express guarantees next business day delivery to all major EU cities. Orders must be placed on business days before 16:00 CE(S)T and delivery only takes place on business days.
    Next business day delivery can not be guaranteed to ‘remote’ locations like rural areas, ski resorts and islands. For a precise delivery time indication, you can use the UPS Calculator on the UPS website.
    - DHL Express takes 1-3 business days to all major EU cities. Delivery times are not guaranteed.

  • For delivery we depend on our transport partners. We can therefore not give a 100% guarantee about the delivery day. Our experience is that in 95% of cases the package is delivered on the predicted day. (UPS Standard and DHL Standard).
  • If you order skis including bindings that need to be mounted, we will do everything we can to mount your skis the same day. In some cases, shipping may take 1-2 business days longer depending on how busy it is. Busy periods include Mondays, Black Friday, the week before Christmas break and the week before spring break. Are you in a hurry? Please contact us!
  • If you place an order for multiple products with different delivery time indications, the delivery time indication of the product with the longest delivery time applies.
  • There is no delivery or shipping on national holidays.

Voile Touring Bracket

  • Stainless steel bracket where the Slider Track attaches during the tour mode. Attached with stainless steel Slider Pin. Touring Bracket includes the plastic pin guide and all screws necessary to mount.

 

 Voile Splitboard Dual Climbing Heels + Heel Lock

  • In situations where a splitboarder needs better control and maneuverability when skiing their individual board halves, the Voile Heel Lockdown slides in for the win. While traversing ridgelines, sidestepping, or when cruising rolling terrain to the next ascent, the Heel Lockdown does just what its name suggests.

    Seated securely under the Dual Climbing Heels, the Heel Lockdown’s two nylon hooks slide into your binding’s rails, fastening them to the board. No more faux telemark turns for you, buddy.
